    Provides direct support to the sales consultants and organization. Plans and implements sales and marketing projects that support the sales organization, and provides a critical resource for lead generation. Responsible for tracking and updating various reports, assisting with client forecasting and sales coordination. Assist sales teams, partners and customers in providing technical and product information.

    Frequently conduct ad-hoc activities such as collecting data for feedback, assisting with marketing campaigns and events and planning and coordinating local sales activities and events. Special projects may be identified that require implementation and follow through.

    Qualifications Bachelor degree or equivalent plus 1-3 years experience in sales, or in a sales or related environment. Prior experience in a sales support role. Prior experience in a similar or related role with a software company a plus.
    Provide assistance to sales team for routine tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high level of flexibility and adaptability. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Proven record of building effective working relationships with a strong customer focus.

    Superior attention to detail.
    Strong computer skills including: Windows business application software (Word, Excel, Power Point), databases.
