Call Center Management
Responsible for helping your team contribute to a positive customers on-line shopping experience through knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service and maintaining personal standards. Help Call Associates with scripts and customer contact.
•Greet and acknowledge CSR's on the sales floor
•Provide assistance to CSR's by answering strategy and sales related questions
•Promote positive experience to all customers
•Meet team sales goals established by management every day
•Initiate training using materials provided by company
•Communicate to Director or Management any customer needs or concerns
•Follow all established sales and CSR procedures
•Observe and monitor for CSR personal activity and advise management of any unusual internal or external activity
•Perform other duties as assigned
•Some college or equivalent is desired, BA preferred
•Minimum experience of 4 to 8 years of Sales is desired, but not required
