Rebuilt Light Control Modules(LCM) Made by Ford Year 2008
2008 Mercury Grand Maequis
with 1 year Warranty, Ready to ship out or Bring your bad one in or out of your car for exchange .
some common problem and symptom with these Light controls.
This LCM controls Head Lights each light has a seperate source of B-plus for each lamp.
Also The high beam gets 2 source of positive voltage for each Lamp.
The LCM also controls the Instrument Panel Illumination such as speedpometer and Dash lights.
Also the Dome light (ceiling of the car) is controlled by LCM
Courtesy light and its slow dimming when the door is closed ,is controlled by current limiter electronic swith. in the LCM
*Your Head light is off ?
*Your turn signals not working?
*one of the high beam or low beam not on and the lamp was good?
(each light is controlloed by a different circuit)
*instrument illumiation dim or not adjustable?
*dome light not working?
Some lights always stay ON ?
