On behalf of the board of Directors of The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust and our entire staff, I would like to thank you for this opportunity to submit a request for a riding lawn mower to be donated to our 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization for the up keep of maintenance and landscaping of our nonprofit organization.
Due to our low-budget, we are unable to purchase a riding lawn mower for our 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization at this time, so we are looking to the general public for support in donating a riding lawn mower to us.
Our mission is to assist in lifting our voices against illiteracy, providing foster care for seniors, and putting an end to poverty, domestic violence victims, hunger, racism, child abuse, and homelessness in southeastern Michigan and other Wayne counties, Northern Toledo, OH, Lucas counties and America.
On the basis of our proposal, we respectfully submit this request for an in-kind donation of a riding lawn mower. We look forward to your response and welcome any questions you might have.
Please know your donation is tax deductible, and a tax receipt, 501 (c)(3) determination letter and form 8282 is available upon request to receive your tax deduction.
