On behalf of the board of Directors of The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust and our entire staff, I would like to thank you for this opportunity to submit a request for a Portable Restroom to be donated to our 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization to be used at our site for fundraising events, for clients and volunteers, that volunteers their time in helping us to reach our goals in helping those who need.
We believe our program fill a vital role in our community and speak to the issues that need to be addressed. We like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve the needy throughout our communities and providing assistance for many needy families and individuals throughout Michigan. We hope that after reading about us you will decide to join us in helping to meet the needs of our communities.
On the basis of our proposal, we respectfully submit this request for an in-kind donation of a Portable Restroom. We look forward to your response and welcome any questions you might have.
