The ideal professional has excellent interpersonal skills, including good written and verbal communication skills. They would be a self starter and require little direct supervision but would have access to the CEO and COO for direction. Perform in a consultative sales environment.
This professional would be skilled at attracting and evaluating talent and who joins our team. They would understand that everyone will not be a fit and develop a checklist or "must haves" to evaluate possible team members.The person must believe in quality vs. quantity and be able to bring the right people into our unique
culture. Work with Regions and Branches to assist in their needs. Coordinate new hires with Training and development Managers.
The "right" person will have at least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume (5-10 additions per month)and be organized and believe in processes and systems. Prefer a bachelors degree and a corporate type setting. Excellent pc skills, sourcing skills and communication skills.
