This handsome beagle was found wandering around loose in the neighborhood of one of our volunteers. Sammy is a lovable fellow who loves to play, play, and play! He is small enough to cuddle with, is very affectionate and will give kisses. He loves to play with fluffy squeaky toys and he loves to fetch balls. Most of all, he enjoys chewing on his nyla bones- they're his absolute favorite! With the right toy, he is able to entertain himself and have lots of fun. Sammy would be a perfect only dog and ideally with someone home part time for company. He does well sleeping in a crate at night. He loves people and is very sweet. He does need some more training as he is a young puppy-like fellow. Sammy loves to go on walks every day and is a good walking companion. He should be placed in a home with a fenced yard so he cannot get lost if he decides to follow his nose as beagles like to do! Birth date 1/5/10
