We have an immediate position open for a Customer Service Manager with LeMay Industrial International.
•Supervise and lead CSR personnel, which typically include recommendations and actions on hiring, termination, performance evaluation, coaching, work allocation, and problem resolution.
•Develop a medium and long-term vision for the Customer Service and Administration team that will inspire both employees and Customers, making the site a Great Place to Work.
•Front-line Customer Service for orders, billing and collection in a call-center environment when necessary to assure customer satisfaction.
•Manage daily administrative operations of multiple departments including establishing work priorities; assist in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the unit
•Proactively develop solutions within various departments that will lead to improvements in work processes, customer satisfaction, revenue and cost management.
•Plan, develop, and coordinate the execution of program policy, procedures, and operations; monitor compliance with district policies, procedures, regulations, and appropriate laws
•Provide and/or oversee the provision of administrative assistance and support to the District Manager and Operations Manager, to include problem solving, project planning and management, fiscal management, day-to-day office coordination, and other administrative duties as assigned.
•Oversee and provide personal computer functions such as scheduled and special reports, correspondence, and database management.
· High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.
· 5 years or greater directly related management expertise in administration or similar experience in leading and supervising in an administrative environment
