This vessel is a water ballasted 23' fractional sloop.
The keel is 40#'s & swings allowing for a draft of 18' w/ballast filled.
Beam is 8' & the cockpit is 6'+ long.
I have a roller reefer jib & a roller reefer main onto boom.
the sails are in good shape. I sent the sails out for professioal maintance to Sailrite.
Sleeps 4, enclosed protable head.
i have 2007 8 hp yamaha 4 stroke, power tilt, electric start enigine new in 2008 w/very low hrs on it to date.

Very roomy cockpit, w traveller.
Very wide gunnels for a 23' boat.
Comfortable ride & fast on the water. It doesn't take much wind to move this boat. 5knts you're moving, 10knts your sailing, 15 Wow what a blast!
Trailer in good condition, newer tires w/new spare this season 2011. This boat is built solid, no soft spots, light weight, easy to trailer & good on the road. Being water ballasted you leave all the weight at the marina when you dump the ballast(water). Anchor,battery,sails, poles,fuel tanks, pfd's I may even have some kids size pfd also. It is all yours. A great family boat for the first timmers Or advanced salts. Very easy set up & down. I am the 2nd owner & I keep her on the hard, set up ready to launch. If interested let me kow & we can take her out or just look her over. I am ready to move on. She is ready for her next Skipper. more pics for the asking.
