Found this in my Fathers collection not sure but I think this is some type of blower maybe for blacksmith or fireplace or just found out it may be a Vintage Root Rotary Hand Duster For Crops/Cattle, it works very well the handle turns real well and it blows air out the one end and theirs a door for I do not no what,I say this blower is in excellent condition. it is large not small 15" by 16" great gift for the collector. UPDATE:Vintage Root Rotary Hand Duster. I am not familiar with these, but this is very interesting!! According to old farmers, this little jem was used to dust crops or even cattle or other farm animals. The concept is to pour the dust into the cavity, hand turn the crank, causing the fan to turn and shoot the dust out and onto whatever needed dusting!!
