Controller

For $25 MM growing, hi-tech manufacturer of specialty items. Well funded, professionally managed.

Controller (top finance professional) should have a CPA and some manufacturing exposure (i.e - do you understand cost accounting in manufacturing?). Financial reporting, B of D activity, possible acquisitions of bolt on companies. Supervise AP & AR, oversee payroll person, make journal entries. Both extremes.

This is a hands on role. Small staff. You are the bench strength for the finance function.

Ideally 8 + years of experience. Ideally have worked in an environment where you have functional ownership of the accouting and finance function.
