CONTROLLER
Leader in Science development seeks Finance Professional for critical infrastructure growth. We leverage our lab research and critical thinking capabilities to develop the most prestigious and progressive solutions use throughout the world.
Job Description
This position is responsible for the accounting operations of a $30m company to include the production of financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, GAAP compliance, IFRS requirements and compliance, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the companys reported financial results.
Requirements:
- Issue timely and complete financial statements and management reporting
- Manage outsourced accounting related functions
- Manage the banking relationships
- Provide ad-hoc financial analyses as needed
- Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
